Our Constitution

First this section of the Constitution of the United States

Article II - The Executive Branch

Section 4 - Disqualification
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States,
shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of,
Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Definition of Bribery:
bribe  (brb)
n.
1. Something, such as money or a favor, offered or given to a person in a
position of trust to influence that person's views or conduct.
2. Something serving to influence or persuade.
